Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Regal Aromas. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a return policy within 14 days of receiving your product.

Return Conditions:

• The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
• Returns must be made within 14 days from the date of receipt.
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect or damaged item).

To initiate a return, please contact us at Info@regalaromas.dk with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will process your refund.

Important Information:

• If your return is approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
• If the item does not meet our return requirements, we reserve the right to deny the refund.

Exchanges

Would you like to exchange your fragrance for a different scent? Contact us, and we will assist you with the process.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible by offering either a replacement or a refund.

Return Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of used or opened perfumes.
